This hoppy, full-bodied ale uses specialty malts along with aggressive hop additions, producing a traditional Pale Ale with a hoppy, flavorful finish that is a favorite amongst our customers. For liquid yeasts we recommend using White Labs California Ale Yeast #WLP001, or Wyeast American Ale Yeast #1056.
